Terms of Service
Last updated 6 August 2026
These terms cover your use of StealthMatch, operated by Tier One Entertainment. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you are using StealthMatch on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
What StealthMatch is
StealthMatch helps agencies and campaign planners brief a campaign, shortlist creators, share a Contract of Engagement (CE) with a client, track delivery and report on results. AI produces recommendations; a person on your team approves them.
The platform is still in active development. Features change, and occasionally break. We will not pretend otherwise.
Your account
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your sign-in details private.
- Give us accurate details, and keep your workspace name accurate — it appears on documents you send to clients.
- One person, one account. Do not share a login across a team; invite teammates instead.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.
Rates, estimates and quotes
This is the most important thing on this page, so it is not buried.
- Where a rate is labelled confirmed, it comes from a rate card held by the agency that represents that creator.
- Where a rate is labelled estimated or shown as a range, it is an approximation based on the creator's tier. It is not a quote, not an offer, and not binding on anybody.
- For a creator represented by another agency, you will only ever see an estimated range. The real rate must be confirmed with that agency before you commit to anything.
Cost estimates shown for a campaign are indicative arithmetic — rate multiplied by deliverables. They do not account for negotiation, taxes, agency fees, exclusivity, usage rights or production costs.
AI features
Matching, brief extraction, strategy drafts, report summaries and social listening are produced by AI. AI can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken. Everything it produces is a draft for a human to check.
You remain responsible for anything you send to a client, whether or not AI helped you write it.
Contracts of Engagement
A CE created in StealthMatch is a proposal document. Sharing one, or a client replying to one, does not by itself form a binding contract between you and your client, or between you and any creator. Your own contracts govern that.
Share links are unguessable but public to anyone holding them. You are responsible for who you send them to, and for revoking a link when it should no longer be open.
The creator directory
- Each creator belongs to the agency that represents them. That agency is responsible for having the right to list them and for keeping the entry accurate.
- You may browse creators represented by other agencies and enquire through those agencies. You may not scrape, export or resell the directory, or use it to build a competing database.
- Do not use rate information to undercut, misrepresent or circumvent the agency that represents a creator.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Try to access another workspace's campaigns, clients or rates
- Probe, scan or attempt to defeat the platform's access controls
- Upload malware, or content you do not have the right to upload
- Use the platform to harass anyone, including creators
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our agreement
Who owns what
- Your content stays yours — briefs, campaigns, CEs, uploaded files. You grant us only the permission needed to host and process it so the platform works for you.
- The platform stays ours — the software, design and underlying models of StealthMatch.
- Roster data belongs to the agency that owns it, not to everyone who can see it.
Availability
We aim to keep StealthMatch running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or remove features. Where a change would materially affect how you work, we will tell you.
Some features depend on third parties — AI providers, Google, YouTube. When they are unavailable, those features are too.
Liability
StealthMatch is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform — including decisions made on the basis of an AI recommendation or an estimated rate.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending your use
You can stop using StealthMatch at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why unless we are prevented from doing so.
On closure, we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes are subject to the courts of the Philippines.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify account holders. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
